Fire & Explosion Risk Analysis (2D)


The aim is to evaluate the potential damages to the targets (i.e. personnel, critical equipment and/or structures) and identify the possible requirement for additional risk reduction measures to help prevent and/or mitigate the effects of the identified fire and explosion scenarios.




The consequence assessment is carried out using internationally recognised consequence modelling tool. This software simulates the physical properties of the fluids (viscosity, density, etc.) in order to evaluate the behaviour of the hazardous event and give a realistic representation of the effects (jet fire, pool fire, UVCE, ...).
